All the staff, from the bellboys to the managers, is absolutely amazing. They are all extremely capable at meeting any needs of international guests, more so than other Seoul hotels of the same level. Access to the executive club is well worthy. Breakfast, afternoon snacks and "pre-dinner" were always excellent and there is coffee and tea available throughout the entire day. The coffee machine by the way always stopped working but it was really a minor issue well handled by the staff and made more of a nuisance due to the behavior of other guests being overly annoyed by it. Rooms are quite spacious, well equipped and cleaned to perfection daily. Like most korean hotels, they are not miserly as in the west and will give free water bottles. The maid that was responsible for my room also had the finesse of realizing I drank as much water as a camel and replenished my room with plenty of bottles. Laundry service was so cautious and attentive that they realized one of my pants had a missing button, immediately sent it back to me before washing so I could verify and fixed it free of charge. Location couldn't be better as you're at the heart of Seoul for business and leisure. If you'd like to ride the underground instead of going by taxi, there are a couple of stations at very near walking distance - be aware that Korea seems to love stairways and you will find many of them in your path.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Westin Josun. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Excellent customer services - our requests are taken care of timely. The location is superb - situated in a quiet street away from noises, but only 5 mins walk to the myeongdong night market. It's surrounded by department stores for easily accessible shopping. You can easily take buses or subway to go to Insadong or the Gyeongbokgung palace and Bukchon Hanok Village areas. We walked to Nansam park and Tower from the hotel. There are a few very nice restaurants inside the hotel. We tried Hong Yuan which is Chinese cuisine. Kids claimed the best fried rice they've ever had. The cavier xiaolongbao is absolutely delicious. The swimming pool was a little small and packed even at 9pm but kids had fun. Access to the pool and gym had to go through the change/shower room, which didn't feel very convenient.

Breakfast was great with a view and didn't realize cocktail hour was included as well with various drink options and more delicious food. The room was very nice and of course the heavenly everything if you stay at a Westin. The staff in the lobby were exceptional and were so helpful. When you started walking toward anyone at the front desk or concierge they were attentive and couldn't wait to help you. I researched the area to be central for subway, Myeongdong Street, palaces, Seoul Tower and we have Marriott Bonvoy so of course Westin was a great choice. Next to Lotte Hotel and there is an incredible food court in the basement level along with various pastry shops, coffee every turn in South Korea so more here as well and a grocery market. Transportation is so easy in S. Korea subway and buses get you everywhere.

I absolutely liked everything at the hotel. The location is great, in a vibrant streets right next to the big LOTTE mall which have a lot of luxury shops and options to choose from. Myeongdong food street is literally 5 minutes walking away. The subway station in also 5 minutes away and there are a lot of bus stations as well. The rooms are big and modern. Staff was wonderful and helpful with everything that we needed. The service is fast and fantastic. And cleaning service was great. The hotel gas bunch of restaurants that offer food from all over the world, and food is so delicious. I really had a blast and a great time staying there and would 100% recommend it.

We loved staying here. It was a great location and easy to catch a taxi out the front. The staff and service was fantastic. The quality of the hotel was great and the bed was big and comfy. We definitely felt it was value for money getting the Executive add ons such as lounge access, high floor, bigger room and breakfast. There was a good spread for breakfast and we enjoyed the executive lounge in the evening with great views of Seoul and unlimited drinks and snacks, the guests in the lounge too who we met were always up for a quick chat. Overall we had a great experience there and would stay again.
